HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data Security and Account Safeguards

Our Terms cover how we handle your personal information, keep your account secure and what happens if you want to change or delete your data.

Encryption & Storage

All account data and transaction records are encrypted and stored on secure servers in Indonesia. Your payment details are tokenized so we never hold raw card or wallet data.

Data Requests

Under our Terms, you can request a complete copy of your account data, transaction history and personal information. Submit requests through Help > Privacy, and we'll deliver it within 14 days.

Account Deletion

Want to close your account permanently? Request closure in Settings > Account > Close Account. We'll process it within 7 days and securely delete your data per our retention policy.

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA in Settings > Security to add a second verification step at login. You'll receive a code via SMS or authenticator app—another layer to keep your account yours alone.

Withdrawal Verification

Our Terms require us to verify your identity before your first withdrawal. You may need to upload ID or proof of address. This protects you from unauthorized access and keeps takurjitu compliant.

Contact Privacy Officer

If you have concerns about how we handle your data under these Terms, email [email protected]. Our Data Officer will respond within 5 business days with clarification or next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms

Players in Bandung, Medan and across Indonesia often ask the same questions about what our Terms mean for their accounts and payments. Here are the answers we give most often, so you understand exactly what you're agreeing to.

Log into your account and go to Settings > Account Details. Update your email or phone there. If you're changing the phone linked to withdrawals, you'll need to verify the new number with a one-time code. Our Terms require this step to protect your account from unauthorized changes.

Your daily withdrawal limit depends on your account history and verification level. New accounts start at a lower limit; as your account ages and you verify more details, the limit increases. Check Settings > Wallet > Withdrawal Limits to see your current threshold.

Click Forgot Password on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email within seconds. Click the link, create a new password, and you're back in. For security, the link expires after one hour—if it's expired, request a new one.

Our Terms allow one account per person. If you open multiple accounts with the same identity, email or payment method, we'll merge them or close duplicates without refund. Stick to one account so your balance, history and withdrawals stay clear and verifiable.

Under our Terms and data-protection requirements, we keep account records for seven years after closure for legal and anti-fraud purposes. Personal details like email, name and address are deleted within 90 days unless law requires us to retain them longer.

Report it immediately via live chat or email [email protected]. Describe the transaction, when it happened, and whether you recognize it. Our team will freeze your account if needed and investigate within 48 hours. Enable two-factor authentication after to prevent future unauthorized access.

Yes—to process your deposits and withdrawals, we share only the information those providers need: your account number, phone or email and transaction amount. We never share your login password or full payment details. Our Terms bind these providers to the same data-protection rules we follow.
